\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baeyond may provide information, links, or promotional material for events and matchmaking services operated by our sister company, Ame Intense (\u201cAme Intense Services\u201d)<\/strong>, including but not limited to:
 \u2022 In-person speed dating
 \u2022 Virtual speed dating
 \u2022 Matchmaking programs
 \u2022 Workshops or group events<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Agreement clarifies that while Baeyond facilitates access to these services, Ame Intense is solely responsible for their organization, management, and delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2e3b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Separate Operator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Ame Intense Services:
\u00a0\u2022 Are operated by Ame Intense, an independent sister company;
\u00a0\u2022 Are governed by Ame Intense\u2019s own Terms and Conditions<\/a> and Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong>, which users must agree to when registering or participating;
\u00a0\u2022 Will handle participant registrations, payments, refunds, cancellations, and communications directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When participating in Ame Intense Services:
 \u2022 Users must comply with Ame Intense\u2019s code of conduct and policies<\/strong>;
 \u2022 Users acknowledge that Baeyond is not a party to any contractual relationship regarding such services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baeyond (Alice Rose LLC):
 \u2022 Is not responsible for the operation, quality, or outcomes of Ame Intense Services<\/strong>;
 \u2022 Does not guarantee any matchmaking results or relationships from participation;
 \u2022 Is not liable for any injury, loss, harm, or damage that may occur during or after participation in such services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All issues, complaints, and inquiries regarding these services should be directed to Ame Intense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Privacy and Data Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you register for Ame Intense Services through links or promotions on Baeyond:
\u00a0\u2022 Some personal information (e.g., name, email) may be shared with Ame Intense to complete registration or participation;
\u00a0\u2022 Any data you provide directly to Ame Intense will be subject to Ame Intense\u2019s Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Photography and Media<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ame Intense may photograph or record its events for promotional or archival purposes. Participation may imply consent unless you notify them directly according to their policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Modifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baeyond reserves the right to update this Agreement to reflect changes in the relationship with Ame Intense or how these services are promoted through the Baeyond Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
